Courtney Schlott is the Director of Development at NOVA Academy Children's Foundation. NOVA Academy Early College High School, a local non-profit that inspires, educates, and prepares all NOVA students to be successful in college, career, and in life. In this role, she works with individuals, foundations, and corporations who are interested in getting more involved and donating to NOVA Academy.
