Heritage Elementary School in Garden Grove School District has been identified as one of the most low-income schools in Orange County. It has a diverse population with about 600 low-income students; 95% of students qualify for the free lunch program. It also has the highest drop out rate in the county. Heritage lacks resources compared to other low-income schools in the nation.
